Originally from Jacksonville, Florida Troy is a first-generation high school and college graduate who became an accomplished educator, program manager, entrepreneur, and partnership liaison. Entrepreneurially, he has provided organizational development and capacity-building support to non-profits, government agencies, secondary schools, colleges and universities. Troy’s expertise includes program management and innovation, personal and career development, fundraising and strategic partnerships, grant procurement and compliance, education leadership and professional development.
